Cách Thức Mua Hàng
Để thuận tiện cho khách hàng mua và sử dụng sản phẩm của NatureHike. Các đại lý đều có chính sách bán hàng linh hoạt: mua hàng trực tiếp, gửi hàng đi tỉnh, trả tiền trước, trả tiền sau. Thông tin cụ thể như sau:
MUA HÀNG TRỰC TIẾP
Quý khách có thể tới đại lý bán hàng của naturehike.com.vn tại địa chỉ: 28 Hoa Hồng , P.2, Q. Phú Nhuận, TP Hồ Chí Minh , Tại đây, quý khách có thể tham khảo và lựa chọn các sản phẩm theo nhu cầu, điều kiện, sở thích. Các sản phẩm bán tại địa chỉ trên đảm bảo 100% hàng thật, chính hãng, được hưởng đầy đủ chính sách bảo hành, khuyến mãi từ nhà sản xuất. Sau khi lựa chọn đủ sản phẩm, quý khách vui lòng xác nhận các món đồ và số tiền phải chi trả với nhân viên thu ngân. Hoá đơn có thể được thanh toán bằng tiền mặt hoặc chuyển khoản (theo số tài khoản được nhân viên cung cấp). Sau khi xác nhận thanh toán thành công, hàng sẽ được bàn giao cùng với đầy đủ phụ kiện, hoá đơn.

Với những khách hàng ở xa, không thể qua trực tiếp các đại lý của naturehike.com.vn, có 2 hình thức để đặt hàng như sau: + Đặt hàng tại website: Bước 1: Tham khảo các sản phẩm tại website: naturehike.com.vn Bước 2: Lựa chọn sản phẩm muốn mua, số lượng và cho vào giỏ hàng Bước 3: Điền thông tin: Tên người nhận, địa chỉ, số ĐT, lưu ý (màu sắc, cách đóng gói.. nếu có) Bước 4: Lưu, gửi đơn hàng Bước 5: Đợi nhận hàng tại nhà và thanh toán. + Đặt hàng qua Hotline: Bước 1: Tham khảo sản phẩm tại Website: naturehike.com.vn Bước 2: Gọi tới số: 0363333033 và cung cấp các thông tin cần thiết: – Tên sản phẩm cần đặt hàng, mã sản phẩm, số lượng, màu sắc… – Địa chỉ cần nhận hàng, thời gian có thể nhận hàng– Tên người nhận, Số ĐT người nhận (trong trường hợp sử dụng số khác hoặc người thân nhận hộ) Sau khi tiếp nhận thông tin, nhân viên tổng đài sẽ kiểm tra lại sản phẩm tồn, giá sản phẩm, các chương trình khuyến mãi (nếu có), phí ship hàng, thời gian giao hàng… và thông báo tới quý khách để xác nhận. *Ngoài ra, quý khách có thể lựa chọn chuyển khoản trả tiền trước và chỉ cần nhận hàng (thường áp dụng khi cho, biếu, tặng người thân) hoặc trả tiền sau, khi sản phẩm đã đến tay. – Phí vận chuyển, phí chuyển khoản do khách hàng chi trả.
Thời gian nhận hàng:
+ Trong khu vực nội thành TP.HCM
– Món hàng sẽ được chuyển đi từ cửa hàng gần nhất với địa chỉ nhận hàng để giảm thiểu phí ship. Trong trường hợp cửa hàng gần nhất không còn hàng, sản phẩm sẽ được chuyển từ cửa hàng có sản phẩm tồn (nhân viên sẽ thông báo cụ thể) – Với khoảng cách dưới 10km, đơn hàng thường sẽ được vận chuyển ngay trong ngày (Hoặc tối đa không quá 1 ngày làm việc, trừ trường hợp thiên tai, bão lũ, hoả hoạn) – Với khoảng cách trên 10km, đơn hàng sẽ được chuyển qua hình thức giao hàng COD, thời gian giao hàng từ 1-3 ngày làm việc tuỳ khoảng cách. – Quý khách sẽ thanh toán tiền hàng, tiền ship khi nhận sản phẩm.

– Tuỳ theo nhu cầu, thời gian cần sử dụng sản phẩm mà quý khách có thể lựa chọn hình thức giao hàng: nhanh (1-3 ngày làm việc) với mức giá cao hoặc chậm (3-7 ngày làm việc) với mức giá rẻ hơn. – Thời gian nhận hàng có thể bị ảnh hưởng bởi điều kiện địa lý, loại hình vận tải phổ thông nhất tại khu vực (tàu hỏa, ô tô, máy bay) – Quý khách sẽ thanh toán tiền hàng, tiền ship khi nhận sản phẩm.
